Where do orders ship from?
Our Cheeky Cherubs is based in Queensland, Australia. Our products are dispatched from partner warehouses in Australia and overseas, depending on where each item is stocked.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, both within Australia and internationally.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Delivery times
Australia: approximately 8-20 business days after dispatch.
International: approximately 8-20 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates. Times can vary by product and destination, and customs can add delays.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
If your order contains several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately. You won't be charged extra shipping for this.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you tracking details where available.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contactus@ourcheekycherubs.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs, duties and taxes
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Orders shipped outside Australia may attract import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.
